This paper presents a comprehensive framework for hierarchical black hole cosmology, integrating quantum-scale physics with hyperscale gravitational phenomena. We demonstrate the mathematical validity of Einstein-Cartan theory's torsion mechanism as a bridge between gravity and electromagnetism, establish the necessity of both upper (Px) and lower (Cx) limits to nested universe hierarchies, and resolve paradoxes regarding time dilation and merger violence through cosmological coupling. The framework predicts observable consequences including universal spin asymmetry, explains the Hubble tension, and provides a novel interpretation of consciousness as a biological analogy to black hole information processing via effects of time dilation.
