I just released a new Chrome extension called 1X. It adds a panel on the right column of X that lets you...

* Focus on one X post at a time.

* Like / toggle audio for that post with generously sized buttons.

* Choose from 8 different highlight colors for your currently focused post.

* Configure a cooldown time (from 0-10 seconds) to throttle how quickly you move through posts.

* Skip ads/promoted posts.

The name has a dual meaning. One X post at a time, or navigating X at a "1x" pace :).
